Shareholder of RenderThat in 2013 — grew it to 5 offices (Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, New York), 100+ employees, a 7-figure institutional investor, and a successful exit. Post-exit, founded Orendi Gallery and co-founded LeadRealizer Solutions. Deep hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, from cold outreach, fairs to enterprise close, and in building, hiring, and scaling sales and HR teams from scratch across multiple locations and markets. Strong focus on public funding: actively navigating and deploying funding programmes at federal level. Registered Expert for the EU Funding & Tenders Portal (European Commission, 2026). “I’ve built five locations and led over 50 people. The hardest part was never closing  it was keeping track of everything in between. Moussa

10+ years as entrepreneur and operator. Co-founded RhineRender GmbH in 2020 with Chris — 350+ projects delivered for clients in real estate, retail, eCommerce, and B2B across DACH. Built and managed distributed teams across Europe and India from day one. Brings a rare combination of technical depth (AR/VR, 3D, XR), product thinking, and operational precision  Studied Architecture. At LeadRealizer Solutions, Moussa owns product delivery, team coordination, legal/admin structure, and company operations, the backbone that lets the other two founders move fast. “After 300+ client projects and building an agency from scratch, I know one thing: if a process isn’t simple, people won’t use it. That’s the principle behind everything we build: capture what matters, automate the rest, and let the team focus on selling.” Has known Thorsten and Chris since university. Chris

10+ years as entrepreneur across tech, product, and operations. Studied Economic Law. Co-founded RhineRender GmbH with Moussa — 350+ B2B projects across DACH. Also co-founded StageMe, a WebRTC-based live shopping and video commerce platform for retail and eCommerce brands. Active as Managing Partner since 2022. Before founding, worked inside some of Europe’s fastest-scaling tech companies  gaining firsthand exposure to how high-growth SaaS organisations build product, scale teams, and maintain quality under pressure. At LeadRealizer Solutions, Chris leads technology, product strategy and the discipline to ship production-grade software without shortcuts. “I’ve seen how small B2B teams drown in tools that weren’t built for them. LeadRealizer is what happens when you design a CRM around the salesperson’s phone, not the IT department’s wishlist.” Has known Thorsten and Moussa since university. Three co-founders.
